These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with you and SUPJourneys e-commerce shop. By using this website and making purchases from SUPJourneys you automatically also agree to these terms and conditions. SUPJourneys may in the future contact you, via your contact details provided for other services, you have the right to unsubscribe. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time, at our discretion. Please review these terms often to ensure you are aware of any changes. If you do not agree to all the following terms you should not use this site. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
SUPJourneys reserves the right to allow or withhold login access to the website or parts of the website from any individual. Please use the site and the free content we provide responsibly.
2. Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American express, and most other major debit and credit card payments.

3.Security
When you purchase goods from us, you will be using our payment processor, Stripe Payment. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.
4.Confirmation
When an order or payment has been accepted you will receive confirmation by email. Contracts will be concluded in English language.
5. Payments & Currencies
Our payment engine uses British Pound Sterling £, when you make a payment using your debit or credit card, you will be debited for the £ British Pound Sterling amount. Our card provider, Stripe payments will use live exchange rates to convert into £ Sterling. We recommend using a card that has no fees associated with international purchases to avoid any additional fees.
6. Delivery
We use Royal Mail 2nd class postage within the UK, and deliver only to the UK currently. Typically delivery times for all items excluding Printed Apparel is 7-10 working days.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable period of time and we have not contacted you please feel free to contact us and ask where your order is. Gower.rock@protonmail.com
For printed apparel, i.e. jumpers, hoodys and tee shirts this are only manufactured when a customer places an order. Under normal conditions, delivery times are typically within 14 days, however allow up to 30 days. If you need the item for a particular event please allow these time frames or do not place an order.
Inline with Distance Selling Regulation, your items will be provided to you within 30 days after the order was submitted to SUPJourneys.
7. Cancellation
You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days as a cooling-off period. You must provide SUPJourneys with written (email) notice of cancellation. We will notify you if the goods are already posted by email. To receive a refund you must at the customer’s own cost return all goods in the new condition that were sent out to you, the customer. Your refund will be processed on receiving the returned goods from the customer.
8. Problems

As soon as we receive a complaint action will be taken to rectify the problem. If you contacted us by post or email we will reply by email. If we need a little time to investigate the matter then no later than two working day.
9. Damages & Returns
In the unlikely even you have received an item that is damaged, we will need you to work with us; take photos, in focus, of how the package was delivered and any damage to the product. This will be needed to make a claim to the delivery company. Please email your photos and description to SUPJourneys@protonmail.com, to start the process.
If you want to make a return, please contact us before posting the goods, email SUPJourneys@protonmail.com. Do not return items to any unconfirmed address that may appear on distributors paperwork that came with original package, make contact with us to confirm the return address.
If you have changed your mind about the order, customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after delivery. Products must be returned within a further 14 days, in new and un-used condition back to SUPJourneys. Return postage, to be the cost of the customer, we also recommend you keep reference/receipt of your delivery service and send this evidence to us. After inspecting the condition of the returned item and found to be un-used and new we will process a refund within 14 days over receiving your returned items. If there are damages of the returned item, we reserve the right to deduct money as a result of the customer handling the goods more than was necessary.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
11. Liability & Indemnification
Paddle boarding and other adventurous activities are inherently dangerous, it is the individual’s own responsibility to fully accept all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from such activities. Evaluate your experience honestly before you put your life in danger, and seek qualified instruction.
You (customer) agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SUPJourneys and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
12. Privacy
SUPJourneys does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Where ‘cookies’ are used on this website, they are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and wish list once you have selected an item and to store your preferred delivery addresses if the address book is used.
