SUPJourneys Regund Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer’s address, they need to be sent to our customer service department. Contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the process; SUPJourneys@protonmail.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

           Book with obvious signs of use

           Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

           Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

           2nd hand item - no refunds offered.


A. Cancellations

All orders include an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days as a ‘cooling-off’ period. You must provide SUPJourneys with written (email) notice of cancellation along with your order number. We will notify you if the goods are already posted to the customer, via email. To receive a refund you must, at the customer’s own cost return all goods in the new condition that were sent out to you, the customer. Your refund will be processed on receiving the returned goods from the customer.


B. Refunds (if applicable)

If you have changed your mind about the order, customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after delivery. Products must be returned within a further 14 days, in new and un-used condition back to SUPJourneys. 

Return postage, to be the cost of the customer, we also recommend you keep reference/receipt of your delivery service and send this evidence to us. 

After inspecting the condition of the returned item and found to be un-used and new we will process a refund within 14 days over receiving your returned items. If there are damages of the returned item, we reserve the right to deduct money as a result of the customer handling the goods more than was necessary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


C. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.


D. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


E. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address. SUPJourneys@protonmail.com

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, back to us the shop, SUPJourneys. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
